Evelyn Anderson Classroom Podiums

Each classroom in the Evelyn Anderson Hall has a new podium design. The podium has adjustable height controls and other standard classroom instructor podium equipment. See the graphics below for reference.

Touch Panel

New to those spaces is an external cabinet rack that holds the control device for the room and the document camera. The top doubles as a second work/storage surface.

Also new in some spaces is a button control device for rooms that do not have a standard podium setup.

Wireless Presentation

Every space that has projection (or monitors in study rooms), also has the option to project wirelessly from your device. Wireless projection requires an application from the equipment manufacturer (Crestron). In all cases, you will need to have the projection system (or monitor) on and the AirMedia symbol  on the touch panel (or button controller) pressed. At this time, Eduroam is required for wireless presentation.

Note the IP address of the room and the code on the projection screen/monitor. You will use them later.

The information below uses Anderson 125 as the example room. Each room will have a different IP address and dynamic code that changes each time the system is used.
