Web Help Desk is a way for ITS student and Faculty & Staff members to assess and log issues that arise on campus. Web Help Desk generates tickets, thereby acting as an intermediate between ITS and clients.

When generating your own ticket be descriptive as possible: when did this issue start occurring?, what have you already tried to solve this issue?, etc. will help ITS workers determine how to help you effectively and efficiently. If you are unsure what to fill-in for the Request Type field a good default is "I have a problem"; this field will be reassigned and categorized by an ITS worker.
